May 4, 2013 - Pups are born!
May 6, 2013 – Delta's eyes are closed and she’s so sweet and cuddly. From what I can see she is going to be a beautiful dog She is a lighter shade of blonde.
May 15, 2013 - Her eyes are open! Over the past few days I could see all of the pups eye's beginning to open but now every one of them has eyes open!
May 19, 2013 – Delta and her littermates received their temporary names today and their first collars to help us keep them all straight! Delta is wearing a purple collar. Our family got together and tried to come up with a theme to name eleven puppies. Believe it or not this is no easy chore! In the end we decided on naming them based on military call letters. After all, Cadence, their mom, was named while living at the army base at Fort Drum, NY. And, Comrade, well, that just seemed fitting that her "mate" should be her comrade as they would say in the military!
May 23, 2013 – Delta is a sweet and loving pup. She is a favorite with the kids and gravitates towards them. She is playful with other pups and loves attention but when you hold her she is a cuddle bug.
May 31, 2013 – Delta is a light blonde puppy, a little beauty I'd say. She's probably among the most kid social pups in the group since she's a favorite with the kids! She is a mellow pup mostly but can also be quite playful and she loves attention. She's a cuddle pup for sure!
June 7, 2013 - My grand daughter, Peyton, is getting very attached to Delta and Delta to her. This is one kid-social, kid loving pup! It's so cute to hear the little giggles from Peyton and the little barks from Delta as they play together. I hope that Delta finds a wonderful family who will love her and play with her the way we do, and especially the way that Peyton does.
June 8, 2013 - Delta has found a new home with Sarah and her family. I think they will be very happy with her. She's 100% kid social and she's laid back and gentle too.
